Privacy notice

When you send the contact form, we store exactly what you typed into it: your name, your email address, the brand or company if you gave one, the parts of the work you selected, anything you wrote in your own words, your message, and your timeline if you gave one. We also store which language the site was in when you wrote.

If you are a client viewing a proposal, we record which sections of that proposal were opened and in which language, so we know what to prepare for the next conversation. That record is tied to the proposal, not to a named person, and carries no IP address.

We do not buy data about you, and we do not enrich what you send with anything from elsewhere.

The primary purpose is to answer you, and to carry out the work if we go on to work together. That is all your data is used for.

There is no secondary purpose. We do not send newsletters, we do not run advertising audiences, and we do not profile you.

This site runs no advertising pixels, no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, and no third-party tracking of any kind. There is nothing here that follows you to another website.

Your browser stores two things locally, and only on your own device: which language you chose, and — if you are looking at a proposal — which parts of it you have already opened, so the page does not reset when you come back. Neither is sent anywhere as a cookie.

Enquiries are stored in a Supabase database and the site is served by Vercel, both hosted in the United States. Sending the form therefore transfers your data outside Mexico and, if you are in the EU, outside the European Economic Area.

Those two providers process the data on our instructions only. We transfer your data to no one else — not to partners, not to advertisers, and not to other clients.

Access is restricted to the studio. The database denies all public access at the row level; enquiries cannot be read from the browser by anyone.

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted after [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 24 months]. Records belonging to client work are kept for as long as the commercial and tax record must be kept, and then deleted.

Under Mexican law you have ARCO rights: to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to its use. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

If the GDPR applies to you, you additionally have the right to receive your data in a portable format, to restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these, write to hello@liviahouse.com from the address you contacted us with. We answer within [RESPONSE WINDOW, e.g. 20 business days]. Deleting your data is not conditional on anything, and we will not ask you why.

If this notice changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes to how your data is used will be sent to the address we hold for you before they take effect.
